Privacy Policy

Overview
Still Counted (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your data.
Data we collect
The Still Counted app is designed with minimal data in mind. We may collect or store:
- On-device preferences (e.g. reminder time, selected categories, saved quotes, appearance) — stored locally on your device
- Optional private reflection notes and quote history — stored locally on your device only
- Subscription status (e.g. Pro entitlement) — to support in-app purchase restoration
- Anonymous product analytics and crash reports (device type, screens visited, feature usage) — processed by PostHog
Data we do not collect
We do not create user accounts, do not sell personal data, and do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
How we use data
We use data only to provide and improve the app: to deliver quotes and reminders, to honour your Pro subscription, and to fix issues. We do not use your data for advertising or to sell to third parties.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the website and app are used, and to diagnose crashes. Events are anonymous (no accounts, names, or emails). We do not send the text of private reflection notes. Session recordings, when enabled, mask typed input.
PostHog's privacy policy applies to this processing: posthog.com/privacy.
Third parties
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store (Apple). Product analytics and crash reports are processed by PostHog. Their privacy policies apply to those services. We do not receive or store your payment details.
